Welcome to premium single origin coffee from Battlefield Coffee Company! This washed coffee from Panama Santa Clara is a gorgeous arabica sourced from Fincola Santa, a distinguished estate nestled in one of Central America's most prestigious coffee-growing regions.

Panama has earned a remarkable reputation in the specialty coffee world, and the Santa Clara region is a shining example of why. Situated at 1,400 meters above sea level, Fincola Santa benefits from the cool mountain air, fertile soils, and the unique microclimate created by the surrounding highland landscape. These exceptional growing conditions allow the coffee cherries to develop slowly, concentrating their sugars and producing a cup of remarkable clarity and sweetness.

The producers at Fincola Santa hand pick only the ripest cherries at peak maturity. Once harvested, the cherries go through a careful selection process before pulping. After pulping, the beans are fermented, thoroughly washed, and then dried under the Panamanian sun. Once dried, the coffee is placed in clean sacks and prepared for export, preserving the integrity of every bean from farm to cup.
